Job Summary:

Land Surveyor will play a role in mapping and surveying construction sites, providing accurate measurements, and generating precise topographic data. Land Surveyor expertise will ensure the successful planning and execution of construction projects, optimizing efficiency and accuracy in all land-related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive topographic surveys of construction sites using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
• Prepare detailed topographic maps and drawings, depicting elevation, contours, boundaries, and other essential features.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine survey requirements and objectives for each project.
• Collect, record, and analyze field data, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of measurements.
• Utilize GPS, Total Stations, and other specialized surveying tools to capture precise geospatial information.
• Identify potential issues or challenges related to land terrain, ensuring early detection and mitigation of possible construction obstacles.
• Assist in establishing control points and benchmarks for accurate reference throughout the construction process.
• Generate reports and documentation of survey findings, presenting clear and concise information to project teams and management.
• Monitor and maintain survey equipment to ensure optimal performance and calibration.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in surveying technology and methodologies, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and precision.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field, Master Degree is an advantage;
• Minimum 7-10 Years of Experience in Land Surveyor position or field, preferably in construction industry;
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Outlook and AutoCad);
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors.
• Extensive knowledge of land surveying principles, geodesy, and cartography.
• Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for preparing topographic maps and drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and analyze survey data accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision in challenging terrain and weather conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Physical fitness and the ability to carry survey equipment to remote or challenging locations.
• Professional licensure or certification as a Land Surveyor (if required in the region of operation) would be advantageous.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
• Salary:Negotiable, based on candidate experience and knowledge;
• Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
• Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
• Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
