Job Summary:

Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline. The expertise and problem-solving abilities will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and safe construction projects that meet all regulatory standards.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work to keep projects within financial constraints Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive construction plans, including site assessment, layout, and infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Efficiently manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise the construction process, monitor progress, and ensure that the work is carried out according to the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges, and ensuring the implementation of best practices.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality projects. Prioritize safety protocols and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations on all construction sites.
• Keep detailed records of project progress, changes, and challenges. Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and government agencies to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project requirements are met satisfactorily.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master Degree is preferred;
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the same position or field with a focus on project management and technical expertise, previous experience in overseeing medium to large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Outlook and AutoCad);
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic construction environment, adapt to changing project requirements, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, prepare reports, and present technical information.
• Ability to analyze complex engineering challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
• Salary: Negotiable, based on candidate experience and knowledge;
• Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
• Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
• Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
