Job Summary:

Architectural Engineer will be responsible for translating concepts into detailed plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that projects adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices. The expertise will contribute to shaping the landscape of our projects, enhancing their functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and project stakeholders to conceptualize and develop building designs, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget constraints, and sustainability objectives.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications that accurately represent the proposed architectural designs. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
• Stay up-to-date with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure all designs comply with legal standards and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Research and evaluate various construction materials, systems, and technologies to incorporate cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions into design plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including structural engineers, contractors, and project managers, to integrate design elements seamlessly into the overall project plan.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of construction and verify that design specifications are being followed accurately.
• Address design challenges and modifications efficiently during the construction process, providing innovative solutions to unforeseen issues.
• Assist in cost estimation and value engineering efforts to optimize project budgets without compromising design integrity.
• Promote sustainable design practices and incorporate energy-efficient features into building designs to reduce environmental impact.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or a related field, Master Degree is preferred;
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the same position or field, preferably construction industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Outlook and AutoCad);
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and green building practices.
• Professional licensure and certifications, where applicable, will be an advantage.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
• Salary: $1500-$2000 USD per month, based on candidate experience and knowledge;
• Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
• Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
• Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
