Job Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer will provide technical expertise and support in the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment, in addition to ensuring all mechanical aspects of our construction projects are executed with precision and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize construction processes and deliver projects successfully.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed mechanical design and analysis of systems and equipment used in construction projects, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and safety.
• Participate in project planning, provide input on mechanical requirements, and oversee the implementation of mechanical systems throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Identify and recommend suitable mechanical equipment and materials for each project, considering cost, quality, and compatibility.
• Ensure that all mechanical components and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall construction plans.
• Identify potential risks related to mechanical aspects of projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in estimating project costs related to mechanical engineering aspects and manage resources efficiently to meet project budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to facilitate project progress and regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-site support during construction activities, ensuring proper installation and functionality of mechanical systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering practices and incorporate innovative solutions to improve construction efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering a related field, Master Degree is preferred;
• Minimum 8 Years of Experience in the same position or field, preferably construction industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Outlook and AutoCad);
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to mechanical engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management abilities and a track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
• Salary: $1500-$2000 USD per month, based on candidate experience and knowledge;
• Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
• Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
• Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
