Job Summary:
The HR Officer will manage various HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company’s objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process for various positions within the company.
  • Develop job descriptions, advertise openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and facilitate employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans for employees.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Monitor and track performance evaluations and provide support for performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Handle payroll administration, including timesheet management and leave tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Master degree is a privilege.
  • Minimum three years of Experience in the same position or HR field, preferably construction industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook);
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

  • Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
  • Salary: $1000 USD – $1200 USD;
  • Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
  • Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
  • Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
