Job Summary:
Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves understanding the clients’ business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth within the assigned accounts. The KAM will collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, address customer concerns, and contribute to the overall success of the electronic products and services offered by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the link of strategy integration and implementation between the distributor and HQ
  • Studying on market trends and monitor competitors / competition analysis
  • Prepare all necessary sales related market reports
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling electronic products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the electronic market.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • To follow new campaigns, promotions, products and price changes
  • Follow up and align with distributor sales team
  • Follow up with orders and loading plan and tracking each shipment.
  • Maintain Stock level, aged items & slow-moving items and report.
  • Maximizing client potentials over all Iraq.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Time to time visit main dealers to understand their needs and the reasons.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or IT, Master Degree is an advantage;
  • Minimum Five Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing or Promotion
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management and Outlook);
  • Familiarity with electronic products and services, understanding technical specifications, and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret sales performance data and market trends.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

  • Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
  • Salary: $2000 USD – $2500 USD;
  • Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
  • Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
  • Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
