Job Summary:

The Business Etiquette Trainer will be responsible for delivering a high-caliber training program designed to elevate the professional conduct and etiquette of executive support roles. The trainer will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to project a polished, professional image that aligns with the prestige of their employers and the culture of the workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on business etiquette covering fundamental principles, communication excellence, personal presentation, and professional interaction.
  • Customize training materials to suit the needs of different roles and provide role-specific guidance, such as security awareness for employees and advance their skills.
  • Incorporate cultural sensitivity and global etiquette into the curriculum to prepare staff for international interactions.
  • Engage participants through practical exercises including simulations and role-playing to reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments to gauge participant understanding and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage training logistics, including the preparation of materials in Kurdish and the delivery of lectures in both Arabic and Kurdish languages.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training with a focus on business etiquette, communication skills, and professional development.
  • Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic languages, English language is privilege.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word and Powerpoint);
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training content and materials.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback.
  • Proven track record of developing training programs and materials tailored to various professional roles.
