Job Summary:

Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, talent assessment, and market insights will ensure that we meet our clients’ staffing requirements with high-quality candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  • Source, announce positions and screen candidates through various channels, including websites, social media, and networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers of the Client.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on recruitment progress and gather feedback.
  • Provide market insights and advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Ultimate Talent Firm’s brand and business services on social media platforms regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other relevant organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, English Languages or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, Staff Management or Administration Field, preferably within an HR consultancy or Staffing agency.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and English Languages or Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days & Hours: 6 Days per week & Flexible Working Hours.
  • Salary: Commission Based (Between $250 – $500 USD per position)
