Job Summary:
The Freelance Tender Specialist (Remote) will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender proposals for various projects across different industries. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely & independently to meet tight deadlines. The Tender Specialist will play a critical role in securing new business opportunities and driving the success of the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tender documents and requirements to ensure thorough understanding.
  • Coordinate and compile all necessary documentation, including technical, financial, and legal aspects.
  • Develop comprehensive and competitive tender proposals.
  • Ensure timely submission of tender proposals in accordance with client specifications.
  • Manage the entire tender process, from initial interest to final submission.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather required information and inputs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and cost estimates to ensure profitability and feasibility.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all tender activities, outcomes, and feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for tender submissions.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform bidding strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in tendering processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable contracts.
  • Provide post-tender feedback and support to clients as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Project Management, Master degree is an advantage;
  • Minimum Two to Three Years of Experience in tender management, bid preparation, and proposal writing.
  • Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic Language and English language is must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook);
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. & excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
