Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will ensure creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise to develop visually compelling content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Create compelling infographics, illustrations, and layouts to support product promotions and business initiatives.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.
• Work with printers and production teams to ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the development of branding strategies and visual identities for new product launches.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of all design projects.
• Assist in creating presentation materials and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when needed.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy meetings.
• Ensure all design assets comply with copyright and usage regulations.
• Generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards.
• Monitor design trends and best practices to produce fresh and innovative visuals that stay relevant to the industry.
• Utilize AI-powered design applications to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, IT, or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in Graphic design or field.
• Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic language, English Language is must
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

• Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification & experience.
