Job Summary:

The CRM Agent will ensure exceptional customer interactions by addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and maintaining strong relationships. This role involves proactive communication, issue resolution, and support for the company’s customer engagement strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and social media platforms in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and report urgent issues to the supervisor to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all customer interactions.
  • Align work activities with company goals and customer service objectives.
  • Provide timely reminders for services and sales follow-ups to enhance customer engagement.
  • Generate and submit daily reports on customer interactions and service performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing insights from customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT, Administration, Communication or related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or one year of relevant experience in Customer Service fields
  • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic languages, English Language is a privilege
  • Knowledge in Ms. Office or Customer Service Software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification & experience.
