Job Summary:

The CRM Supervisor will oversee customer relationship strategies to enhance brand loyalty and improve customer satisfaction. This role involves executing customer engagement campaigns, analyzing customer data, and ensuring effective communication across multiple channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to align customer relationship efforts with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Develop and enforce standardized customer relationship procedures in coordination with the CRM Manager.
  • Analyze customer behavior to provide insights that influence strategic decisions and business outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless communication with customers through various channels, including phone and social media.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize customer data to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and special offers to drive sales.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to enhance customer interaction quality and consistency.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on customer relationship activities on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT, Administration, Communication or related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in Customer Service position or field.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic languages, English Language is a privilege
  • Knowledge in Ms. Office or Customer Service Software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
