Job Summary:

The Junior Financial Controller will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The selected candidate will assist in ensuring financial accuracy, monitoring company performance, and optimizing financial processes to drive business success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Monitor expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in internal audits and compliance with financial regulations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize financial processes.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
• Support financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to financial process automation and system improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial laws and regulations.
• Assist in cost control measures and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Support tax filings and compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance financial efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, Master degree is a privilege
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in accounting field, preferably automotive industry.
• Fluency in Arabic & English Language.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse tasks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

• Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Salary: $1500- $1700 USD per month
• Annual Leave: Available
• Public Holiday: Available
• Communication Allowance: Available
