Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market penetration.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and multimedia content.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with media agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance through key metrics and analytics tools.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Identify and implement innovative marketing solutions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and corporate communications.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead internal and external communication initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on marketing activities and performance for senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English Language.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Salary: $2800- $3000 USD per month
