Job Summary:

The National Logistics Manager to oversee and enhance the company’s logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle supply chain management. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and inventory control to maintain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory flow and vehicle distribution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Oversee stock management, including forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment.
  • Monitor and control transportation costs, delivery schedules, and distribution efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze logistics data and generate reports for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Ensure IT systems for logistics operations are effectively maintained and utilized.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures by eliminating inefficiencies in logistics processes.
  • Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with transportation and logistics service providers.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to all company branches.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all logistics operations.
  • Resolve logistics-related challenges, including delays, damages, and shipment discrepancies.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements in logistics processes to enhance service levels.
  • Track and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory to minimize excess stock.
  • Ensure accurate vehicle creation and documentation in inventory systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics operations with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in warehouse and fleet management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and mentor a team of logistics professionals to maintain high operational standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum five years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic Language, in addition English Language,
  • Strong understanding of logistics management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Salary: $2000- $2500 USD per month
