Job Summary:

The HR Specialist will prepare compensation and benefits packages, establish company policies, and maintain updated employee records. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and strong knowledge of labor legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment from A to Z, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Follow up on social security, residency, and work permits with the company lawyer.
  • Manage visa applications, accommodations, and flight bookings.
  • Address employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and related matters.
  • Resolve employee issues and conflicts fairly and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update policies as needed.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and communicate updates to the team.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave entitlements.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in HR and Administration fields
  • Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic & English Languages.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowertPoint & Outlook).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification & experience.
