Job Title: Utility and Transportation Coordinator
Reporting to: HR and Admin Assistant Manager
Job Grade: VII
Location: Baghdad
Responsibilities of the Job
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the CPD-PDI facilities.
- Car Washing .
- Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
- Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc
- PDI Logistic Support for Waiting for PDI and Ready for Delivery .
- Deliver important documents to required destinations in timely manner.
- PDI Logistic Support (Fuel Refilling).
- PDI Logistic Support for Waiting for PDI and Ready for Delivery .
- Keep facility tidy and clean at all times and, ensure cleanness of facility internally and externally to meet and maintain high quality of operation.
- Immediate report HR & Administration Assistant Manager of any incident or traffic accident that occur during working hours and after working hours.
Requirements
Total professional years of experience:2 Years
Languages required: Arabic & English
Education required: High School
