Position: Utility Coordinator
Reporting to: Basra Office Manager
Location: Basra

Responsibilities and duties:

Internal Cleaning:
– Floor Mopping and Cleaning inside Toyota Iraq building (offices, meeting rooms, stairs, toilets, glasses, etc.)
– Watering and cleaning Office Plants.
External Cleaning:
– Cleaning outside frame and parking areas of Toyota Iraq building.
– Cleaning and gardening the green areas and plants outside Toyota Iraq building.
Physical Work Support:
– Supporting in terms of lifting heavy stuff in the office, unloading received goods and materials.
– Collecting and throwing garbage bags and disposable materials on daily basis.
Detection and Maintenance:
– Regular utility checking in the entire facility for any deficiency or possible maintenance need.
– Executing minor maintenance work inside and outside Toyota Iraq facility.
– Following all health and safety regulations.
–  To have a good understanding about cleanness and Hygiene Level of working place.
– Basic knowledge about cleaning different locations.
– Diverse mentality in performing different tasks.
– Availability during weekends and Holidays.

Qualification requirements:

  • Total professional years of experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Languages required:
    – Arabic: Fluent
    – English: Pre – Intermediate
  • Education required: High School Graduate or having Diploma
