Job Overview

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Use the resources in an environmental-friendly manner

Turning off ACs and lights when residents are not in the premises

The cleanliness of offices (and or guest house) and public spaces

Empty garbage beans on a daily basis

Collect empty glasses and cups for cleaning

Personal Behavior & Punctuality Professional

Support site admin responsible for fixing lights doors and any damaged in the facility

Ensure appropriate behavior with residents, visitors and neighbors

Quick responds to the situation and cleaning request.

Follow all established cleaning procedures and protocols.

Use appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces and materials.

Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

Respond promptly to any customer requests or complaints.
