To sell Korek offers and services to the VIP and HVC.
- Responsible for selling services through which maximum revenue can be earned.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Answer Potential customer questions and follow up call questions.
- Targeting the VIP and HVC customer.
- To be available 24/7 with the VIP and HVC customers.
- To be very close to the VIP and HVC, Keep the continuances follow up with them in order to provide anything they need.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Focused on Customer Service.
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
- Ability to access customers’ needs and corrective action for a positive customer experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
