Waitress / Waiter

Description: 

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders accurately and promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service.
• Check on customers regularly to address any needs or concerns.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent working experience.
• Preferably speaking Kurdish, and Arabic.
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
