Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor with Mechanical Engineering background to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. . The ideal candidate must have an experience in industrial projects with a strong leadership skills

Location : Amria Al-Falooja
working days : 6/week
working Hours: 8 Hours/Day

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with supply chain management to oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving materials, storing them, and dispatching them.
• Ensuring the efficiency of inventory operations by applying best practices and initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement under the supervision of supply chain management.
• Overseeing the organization and planning of the warehouse to maximize storage capacity and ensure easy access to required materials or equipment.
• Collaborating with supply chain management to forecast inventory needs and adjust its levels accordingly.
• Monitoring inventory levels and conducting systematic checks to ensure accuracy and avoid shortages or excesses in inventory.
• Supervising periodic inventory counts and preparing discrepancy reports to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Leading and managing warehouse staff by providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Scheduling work shifts to ensure adequate coverage for all warehouse operations.
• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and handling tools.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international standards for the storage and handling of materials, as specified by suppliers and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and related software.
