Lead a team to deliver a first-class service

As Warehouse & Yards Leader, you’re leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. In this role, you will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities in order to meet internal and external customers requirement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing services and maintenance activities on customers’ site/property
  • Maintaining, repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products
  • Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering
  • Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures
  • Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Working together with people from the business unit
  • Handling standardized project processes and targeted clients

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Yard activities in oilfield services
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader
  • Demonstrate leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organization
  • Show excellent experience of working within Warehouse/ Logistics environment in oil and gas or related industry
