Warranty Manager (Automotive)

Brief job description:

Warranty Manager will oversee and continually improve the effectiveness of HARLEM CARS warranty claims performance and its associated processes, maximize Stellantis warranty reimbursements, ensure HARLEM CARS locations are compliant with all Stellantis guidelines and & polices. The position will continually develop and enhance the skills of branch level Warranty Administrators to maximize legitimate warranty reimbursements and minimize warranty audits. Additionally, the warranty manager will be the advisor for warranty knowledge within the company.

Position is responsible for managing HARLEM CARS Iraq Warranty Department operation and staff.

Requirements:

• with proven experience as a Warranty Manager handling CDJR vehicle claims
• very good interpersonal skills and team player
• With bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Fluent in English language.
