Lezzoo is Hiring!

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Erbil city.

Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day.

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Account Manager to act as a point of contact for clients, to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all clients account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing issues by improving processes.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Prepare reports on account status.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Account Management or related fields is preferred.
  • Fluent in Kurdish (Sorani and Badini), Excellent level of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The position requires weekly visits to Duhok Governorate.
