Indirect Sales Supervisor

Job Overview

Summary

Supervise a team of indirect sales representatives, alongside sub-dealers and outlet network members, providing guidance and exercising control over their performance to attain the overall strategic sales target and market share, while diligently monitoring their achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate functional objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) achievements with Indirect Sales Representatives.
  • Follow up on sales figures and target achievements for the areas under their responsibility.
  • Define and set target breakdowns for areas under their responsibility and communicate targets to Indirect Sales Representatives on a monthly basis.
  • Review and discuss sub-dealers’ monthly roadmaps with Indirect Sales Representatives, and modify if needed.
  • Monitor daily visits conducted by each Indirect Sales Representative to sub-dealers and outlets through spot checks, phone calls, and field visits.
  • Review and approve daily visit reports submitted by Indirect Sales Representatives, ensuring accurate data registration in the system.
  • Ensure Korek brands’ visibility is maintained appropriately in sub-dealers’ shops across all areas.
  • Report market situations, competition status, market share, needs, and requirements to the Indirect Sales Manager on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the Managing Directors’ unit to ensure the availability of all stock and the smooth running of operations within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of Korek policies in the market and report any infringements to upper management.
  • Discuss and verify Indirect Sales Representatives’ requests for supportive tools for sub-dealers in merchandising materials, incentives, direct sales offers, etc.
  • Hold daily meetings with the sales team to review and discuss daily targets and work plans.
