Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our team in Erbil city.

Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day.



As an E-Commerce Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with customers, and maximizing sales opportunities across various channels. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who excels in communication and has a passion for sales.



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our customer base. Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of products and close sales deals.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing issues by improving processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data using our CRM system. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Prepare reports on account status.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales or related fields.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, closing skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales tools (e.g., CRM software, and analytics tools).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
