Job Overview

Mission

Responsible for maintaining and updating financial records on an accrual basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, she/he collaborates with operation teams to enhance business processes.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and update financial records on an accrual basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for accruals and deferrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external reporting.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for audit and review purposes.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience in accounting 5 years
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (a plus).
  • Proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
