JOB SUMMARY

Support to Cooks for all their preparations.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working under Head Chef, following all guidelines laid out by F&B Manager.
  • Assisting Cooks for preparations, processing, and presenting of food items.
  • Fully responsible for day to day given tasks to complete.
  • Clean as you go policy maintained.
  • Assisting Manager to maintain FIFO System.
  • Assisting in all areas of the dining facility
  • Keep good personal hygiene.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Two years’ experience in Hot or Cold Kitchen which produced a variety of cuisines in LOGCAP.
  • Must have a Serve Safe certification, or the equivalent or be in the process of getting a certification.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must pass a Sallyport physical.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK CONDITIONS

  • Able to read and write in English.
  • Must be able to lift 15 KG.
