We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Erbil city.
Working Schedule: 6 Days/ Week, 8 Hours/Day

Job Summary:
To identify new business opportunities for our B2B services and to manage the client account. Also, to share client feedback in order to improve the product assortment, pricing, and customer experience. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be highly motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, social media, customer referrals, trade events, and other means of generating leads. Establish contact with companies, corporates, organizations, and other entities that may be interested in handling their procurement through Elryan.com platform.
- Introduce Elryan services to potential clients by phone calls, emails, and site visits.
- Work with the marketing team to prepare suitable marketing materials to inform clients on the benefits of using Elryan.com for their procurement.
- Assist clients to register their account and guide them through the procurement process.
- Coordinate with the Vendor Success and Procurement teams to provide on-demand products and to introduce new product assortment based on customer needs.
- Work with the Customer and Finance team to provide customers with credit facilities, where needed if they are eligible.
- Provide customer feedback on prices and work with the procurement team to provide competitive pricing for all the customer’s RFQs.
- Generate estimates, proforma invoices, invoices, account statements and other documents for customers when needed.
- Assist the customer with all aspects of their account, from selecting products to placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and troubleshooting.
- Attend trade events and exhibitions as a representative of Elryan.com.
- Provide feedback on the user experience and share with the team for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English. Proficiency in Kurdish is a plus.
- Strong sales & marketing skills, strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Very good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with E-commerce.
- Willingness to travel within Iraq as needed.
