Business Support Coordinator

Job Overview

Purpose of the Position:

The Business Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations by providing administrative and organizational support to the business. This role involves coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and supporting various teams to meet business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and teams.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Operations Coordination
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, or workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Support project managers by tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to business operations.
  • Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Generate periodic performance and activity reports for management.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, or clients as needed.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires in collaboration with HR.

 

Skills & Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s (MSc.) Degree in Business Development, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
