Job Overview

General Description:

Monitoring and receiving cases of survivors of violence against women and girls and recording them according to case management standards and conducting initial and comprehensive assessments of cases to determine the response or intervention plan for each case.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Electronic archiving of social cases
  • Providing a weekly plan for the center’s staff.
  • Responsible for receiving social and legal reports from the center’s researcher and lawyer, collecting them, and modifying them to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Responsible for the coordination’s of the center.
  • Following up on the preparation of daily and periodic reports.
  • Responsible for the center’s safe line.
  • Implementing all tasks assigned to him in his field of specialization.
  • To be a quick and easily accessible point of contact between the project management and the staff present at the center.
  • Any work assigned by the center manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of case management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork skills.
