KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Responsibility:
- Serve guests and visitors. پێشکێشکردنی خزمەتگوزاری بە میوان و سەردانەکەران
- Ensure refreshments are available through the day. دڵنیابوون لەوەی کە خواردنەوەکان بە درێژایی ڕۆژ بەردەستن
- Cook lunch on daily basis. ڕۆژانە ئامادەکردنی نانی نیوەڕۆ
- Empty bins and recyclables into disposal areas.بەتاڵکردن و خاوێنکردنەوەی سەلەی زبڵ لە ناوچەکانی فڕێدان.
- Sweep, mop, and/or hand scrub floors using brushes, scrapers, mops and a floor cleaner. خاوێنکردنەوەی زەوی و دەستشۆر بە بەکارهێنانی فڵچە و پاککەرەوە و پاککەرەوەی زەوی.
- Clean offices, doors, glass, walls and metal blinds in the office. خاوێنکردنەوەی شوێنی کار و دەرگا و دیوار.
- Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, washroom, showers, sinks, mirrors, etc. خاوێنکردنەوەی مێزو کورسی و تەوالێت و دۆش و ئاوێنو و شتەکانیتر.
- Clean restrooms and stock them with supplies. خاوێنکردنەوەی تەوالێت و دانانی پێداویستییەکان تێیدا.
- Maintain and use the operational materials in the best way without any waste. بەکارهێنانی کەلو پەلەکان بەشێوەیەک هیچ بەفیڕۆدانێک نەبێت.
- Inform the direct supervisor or head of the department immediately of the need for immediate maintenance at the office for electricity, water system, sewerage system and so on.ئاگادارکردنەوەی بەڕێوەبەری ڕاستەوخۆ یان سەرۆکی بەشە لە پێویستی چاککردنەوەی دەستبەجێ لە شوێنی کار بۆ سیستەمەکانی کارەبا و ئاو و هتد
- Perform any other task assigned to her by the direct supervisor or the head of the department. جێبەجێکردنی هەر ئەرکێکی تر کە لەلایەن سەرپەرشتیاری ڕاستەوخۆ یان سەرۆکی بەشەکەوە پێی سپێردراوە..
- Follow all health and safety regulations.جیبەجێکردنی هەموو ڕێنماییەکانی تەندروستی و سەلامەتی
- Notify administration when materials are running low so that they can be ordered centrally. ئاگادارکرنەوەی بەشی کارگێڕی لەکاتێک کەل و پەلەکان کەم دەکات تا بتوانن لەکاتی پێویست دابەنی بکەن.
- Provide reception cover when requested ئەرکی پێشوازیکردن بگرێتە ئەستۆ کە پیوەستی کرد.
- If it is needed, to cook and prepare lunches for the staff of IR Iraq. لەکاتی پێویست خواردنی نیوەڕۆ بۆ فەرمانبەرانی ڕێکخراوی فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی ئامادە بکات.

Required:
- High school degree
- B) EXPERIENCE
- Proven working experience as a cleaner

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Kurdish and Arabic.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work sensitively with people from various cultural and social backgrounds.
- Willing to adapt to IR’s norms and values without compromising personal beliefs and principles.
- Ability to effectively use cleaning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleaning to a high standards.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Ability to deal with staff in a professional and helpful manner.
