POSITION INFORMATION:
Organization: Save The Children
Title: CP and MHPSS Quality Manager
Location: Erbil-based
Contract Length: 1 Year
Note: Accepted candidates must be residents of Erbil.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
3-5 years of relevant experience in child protections/MHPSS sector, preferably in both humanitarian and development contexts with NGO, UN, or similar organizations.
Demonstrated commitment to building the capacities of national staff and partners using participatory methods.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, considering cultural and linguistic differences. Sensitivity and diplomacy are essential.
Experience of working in conflict-affected or insecure environments and security management.
Willingness to travel frequently and under challenging circumstances.
Fluency in English and Arabic both spoken and written. Fluency in Kurdish is a plus.
Strong understanding of program quality in the design and implementation phases.
Great networking and external engagement skills to position Save the Children as a preferred partner in Education with donors, partners, and government in-country.
