The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing traditional Baklava and Kunafa, along with other Eastern sweets. The selected candidate will work in a professional kitchen environment and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in preparing Eastern sweets, especially Baklava and Kunafa
- Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, preparation techniques, and ingredient selection
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards
- Commitment to maintaining excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness in the workspace
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the hotel
