Job Summary:
Acts as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is exclusively for female candidates. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries professionally.
- Assist guests with information, special requests, and complaints, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintained front desk records and reports accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards for hospitality, professionalism, and appearance.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the front office.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications with efficiency.
