Field Engineer Trainee (Locals Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Engineer Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh Engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry. As a trainee, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers, learning to manage field operations, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in various oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior field engineers in the setup, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas equipment.
• Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during drilling, production, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient execution of field activities.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on field activities and results.
• Support the coordination of logistics for equipment, materials, and personnel in the field.
• Participate in safety training programs and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in field environments and adapt to challenging conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in demanding field environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic field conditions.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and challenging weather conditions.
