Position: Finance Manager – in construction sector
Number of positions: 2
Reporting To: CFO
Duty Station: Iraq – 1 for Baghdad & 1 for Mosul.
Application Deadline:1-3-2024

Duties and responsibilities:

1- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

2- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

3- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

4- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

5- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

6- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.

7- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

8- performing any other related duties as assigned by manager line.

Required qualifications and skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must. professional certifications in CPA and ACCA is preferred.
– At least 5 years of experience as a finance manager is required specifically in construction field.
– ⁠Arabic and English languages are required and Turkish language is a plus.
– Good knowledge and the ability to use ERP systems such as SAP is required.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Working Condition & Benefits:

– Working days & hours: 6 Days /Week. 8 Hours / Day, with flexibility
