Fleet Specialist – Erbil

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

✓ Perform full detail of all vehicles.

✓ Assist in performing preventative maintenance on all vehicles, maintenance equipment and heavy equipment including ex: oil changes, replacing air filters, fluid levels etc.

✓ Assist in maintaining tires/wheels of each vehicle including inspections, cleaning, changing per applicable season, spare availabilities, and inspection/location of vehicle jacks

✓ Ensures all maintenance equipment is operational at all times and safe

✓ Notifies manager of any vehicle damages or the need for major repairs

✓ Assists in maintaining maintenance logs for each vehicle and stock parts and supplies needed to perform routine repairs

✓ Maintain a valid and clean driver record to perform vehicle appointments/errands

✓ Stay up-to-date on all traffic laws

✓ Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management

Qualifications:

✓ High school degree or equivalent.

✓ Ability to speak English + (Kurdish or Arabic).

✓ Ability to work with Microsoft Excel + Word programs.

✓ Valid Driver License.

✓ Clean Driver Record

✓ Ability to clean thoroughly and make repairs to equipment, tools and vehicles

✓ Ability to operate motorized equipment, power tools, with skill and in a safe manner.

✓ Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

✓ Ability to drive/operate a truck
