Assistant to DGM – BOD Administration – SG Erbil

Assistant to DGM is Responsible for managing the Deputy General Manager’s (DGM) daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for both the DGM and Board Members. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the DGM’s office and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication, drafting correspondence, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Location: Erbil 40 m Ring Road – Gulan Street.


BSc. degree in business administration or related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of executive or administrative support experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion are essential. Iraqis only can apply for this role.
