What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth: Leverage analytics and consumer insights to drive growth and optimize performance metrics.
  • Establish and optimize business processes and systems, monitor and manage all operations within the Company
  • Consumer Insights & Market Localization: Lead consumer research to inform localized marketing strategies, ensuring our approach resonates with the Iraqi market.
  • Operations Management: Collaborate with last-mile vendors, warehousing partners, clearing agents, and customer service providers to streamline operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Product & Feature Innovation: Use a keen understanding of consumer behaviour to propose new features or product innovations that meet local market needs.
  • Timely allocate resources, proactively discover the needs of business teams, provide specific and feasible suggestions, and promote implementation.
  • Actively and effectively communicate with business GM, and coordinate resources in a timely manner to solve corresponding problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate a team.
  • Proven experience managing projects and consumer-facing business
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and growth tactics for young audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
