Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the inventory control & supply chain operation.
- Prepare daily stock orders, air orders, dealer B/O orders, & ensure punctuality of daily stock replenishment ordering.
- Engage in new model order planning.
- Obtain necessary approvals to process orders as per internal policy.
- Send parts orders to supplier and follow up the status by email and using A-TOP.
- Follow up the dealer’s daily price and ETA estimation requests and inquiries.
- Follow up payments to suppliers in liaise with accounts.
- Registration of dealer’s VOR ETA,ETD & ATA.
- New shipments uplifting to the system.
- Costing new shipments and obtaining line managers approval prior to posting.
- Maintain accurate stock card information for parts.
- Identify abnormal orders and report to line manager.
- Support dealer in accessories related inquiries.
- Monitor dealer stock levels and proactively forecast upcoming dealer orders.
- Liaise with parts field associates to learn about new market & demand variables
- Liaise with logistics & warehouse teams.
- Communicate & interact with dealers’ inventory control & front-line associates.
- Process warranty claims with suppliers.
- Constantly update inventory & logistics KPI reports / dashboards ( SR%, SM, Movement groups, costs…)
- Process Disposal requests.
- Maintain compliance in daily operations & processes with internal, governmental & supplier regulations.
- List of detailed tasks & duties will be delivered after recruitment.

- MS office package, especially excel.
Experience and Qualification
- 1-2 Years in order planning or inventory controller.
- Fluent in English and Arabic and Kurdish.
