Job Description:

  1. Technical Support:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing their hardware and software issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, printers, Emails, and software applications.

  1. Issue Logging and Documentation:

Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions for future reference.

  1. Hardware and Software Maintenance:

Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.

Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on computers and peripherals.

  1. CCTV System Management:

Installing Camera, Monitoring the System, Perform CCTV System Maintenance.

  1. Network Support:

Assist with basic network connectivity issues and configurations.

Troubleshoot network-related problems (e.g., connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi).

  1. Remote Support:

Provide remote assistance to off-site or remote employees.

Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

A degree in information technology, computer science, is a must.

Strong technical knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), office software, and hardware components.

Familiarity with IT help desk tools.

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Iraqi Nationality

Proficient in Kurdish, English & Arabic
