This role requires strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure to maintain seamless hotel operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including both hardware and software
  • Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing computers, networks, and other IT equipment
  • Ability to set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and networking devices
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus
  • Ability to manage data backups, security protocols, and system updates
  • Flexible with working hours and availability for on-call support when needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist various departments with IT-related needs
