Leasing Specialist (Coordinator)

Job Overview

Leasing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various utility services related to leasing, including but not limited to drivers, administration, cleaning, detailing, and delivery of cars.

This position requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent coordination skills to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Driver Coordination:
Manage and coordinate drivers for efficient and timely delivery of leased vehicles.
Schedule driver assignments and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Monitor driver performance and address any issues promptly.

Administration Support:
Provide administrative support to the leasing department.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, customer information, and vehicle details.
Assist in preparing documentation for lease transactions.

Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing:
Oversee the cleaning and detailing of leased vehicles to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cleaning staff and detailing services to ensure vehicles are presented in optimal condition.

Delivery Services:
Coordinate the delivery of leased vehicles to customers.
Ensure a smooth handover process, providing necessary documentation and instructions.

Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding leased vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on vehicles before delivery to ensure they meet Toyota’s standards.
Implement and maintain quality control measures for cleaning and detailing processes.

Reporting:
Generate reports on leasing activities, driver performance, and utility services.
Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators.

 

Skills and Competencies

• Experience providing administrative support, including record-keeping and documentation.

• Background in delivering excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.

• Proven ability to coordinate and schedule tasks, such as driver assignments and vehicle deliveries.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control measures, particularly in vehicle cleaning and detailing.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English to effectively interact with a diverse customer base and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Experience and Qualification
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic.
• Proficient in English.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license.
