We are hiring multiple Outdoor Sales Advisors for in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Baghdad, Mosul, Basrah.

Work Schedule: (Saturday to Thursday).

Position Overview:

The Outdoor Sales Advisor generates new business by visiting projects to build client relationships. This role requires to understand client needs and propose office furniture solutions. The ideal candidate will have skills in project management to effectively present products to decision-makers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through tenders, project visits, and direct outreach to architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders in the commercial and office furniture industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including contractors, project managers, and design professionals, to generate new sales leads
  • Visit ongoing projects, understand the client’s requirements, and provide tailored office furniture solutions that align with their design vision and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to provide product recommendations and assist with the preparation of design concepts, layouts, and rendering presentations.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in response to client inquiries and project requirements.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company’s presence and develop new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and showroom to ensure the successful delivery of products and services as per client specifications.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with the proposal and products, and negotiate pricing and terms where necessary.
  • Provide expert advice on design trends, space planning, and office furniture solutions, ensuring clients receive comprehensive service from initial contact to project completion.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments to stay informed about opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Interior Design, or a related field with an experience in Sales.
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and intermediate level in English (Erbil and Sulaymaniyah). Fluency in Arabic and intermediate level in English (Baghdad, Mosul and Basrah).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with high-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
