Position: Outdoor Tile Salesman

Job Description:

To provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude making sure every customer serves the best attitude and meets weekly and monthly sales targets.

Line Manager: Retail Showroom Manager

Location: Shorsh, Erbil, KRG – Iraq.

Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English is plus

Educational: Diploma degree

Position Type: Full-time

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday (6 Days a week)

Task List:

• Visit clients on-site, including contractors, architects, designers, and property developers.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Take all customer enquiries and answer accordingly while providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email
• Ensure all sales skills are learnt and practiced
• Produce timely and detailed service reports, document processes and system entries
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with other team members if required even with customers
• Must be passionate about learning and seek ways for personal development and improvement
• Must always accept targets and work toward delivering best results
• Must work as team through playing a team role and respect other team members
• Accepting changes in job role, title and task list based on company interests.

The following are mandatory for the candidate:

• Diploma degree and above
• Can speak Kurdish, Arabic, and English is plus.
• Previous experience in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable and task-oriented, while willing to travel around Iraq and regional countries
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car for business travel
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
