Position: Pre-owned Field Specialist
Reporting To: Lexus Operations General Manager
Duty Station: Baghdad branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market trends. Use this information to adjust your strategies and offerings accordingly.
- Establish and monitor specific, measurable targets for sales performance. Use data analytics tools for regular performance reporting, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
- Regularly visit dealerships to monitor and report on continuous improvement efforts. Encourage the adoption of Kaizen principles, focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, and customer service improvement.
- Implement performance management systems that track sales staff achievements.
- Develop strategies that enhance dealership profitability.
- Optimize the organization of the used car stock.
- Establish rigorous inspection standards based on used car evaluation criteria.
- Work with pricing experts to set competitive prices and analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
- Ensure sales staff are highly knowledgeable about the inventory. Providing training that includes detailed information on vehicle history, features, and benefits.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Regular audits ensure adherence to used car Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various aspects of dealership operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Good Knowledge of cars and automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.)
- Fluency in English, Arabic.
- Iraqi nationality.
