Purpose of the Position:
The Project Coordinator Role is responsible data analysis and collecting pre-existing
data from other departments. Also follow up on running projects to work as a key
team member in the overall department responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and
information, and taking minutes of meeting.
• Work with project teamleade4rs to manage multiple projects and set
timeframes.
• Risks analyze and identifying opportunity per projects.
• Monitor project progress with critical problem-solving skills.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all
participants.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and
reports.
• Share report on project performance and measurements.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality
assurance tests.
• To provide reports, updates and solutions when required by project
manager.
• Preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action
plans
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor degree in business management or related fields.
• Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar roles.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management,
problem solving.
• Strong teamwork and intrapersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs and Microsoft Planner.
