Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated female Biology Sciences graduate to join our team as a Quality Control Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for working in both the laboratory and production line, ensuring the quality of our dairy products meets our stringent standards. Your primary focus will be on maintaining quality control measures and supporting the Production Manager in various tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct laboratory tests to analyze the composition of raw materials and finished products.
2. Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement and maintain quality assurance procedures.
4. Perform routine inspections and tests on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
5. Record and document all laboratory and production activities accurately.
6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to minimize downtime.
7. Work in collaboration with the production team to enhance efficiency and quality.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dairy production and quality control.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Biology Science or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of microbiology, chemistry, and other relevant disciplines.
3. Prior experience in Dairy company a laboratory or production environment is an asset.
4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
7. Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations in the food industry.
